Website purpose

This website provides information about CLOUDE mattresses, comfort categories, hospitality solutions, ComfortCode™, customer care and events. It is not currently an online-sales or payment website.

Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, availability and warranty references accurate. Products may be improved or changed, and screen colours or photography may differ from the physical product. Confirm final specifications, price, availability and warranty coverage with an authorised CLOUDE representative or dealer before purchase.

Comfort and health information

ComfortCode™ and website content provide general guidance based on stated preferences. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of relief from any medical condition. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where medical advice is required.

Intellectual property

CLOUDE names, logos, mascot artwork, text, product imagery, layouts and other brand materials are protected intellectual property. They may not be copied, altered, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted systems, introduce malicious code, scrape content at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

External services

Links to CLOUDE Care, WhatsApp, email, maps, YouTube or other services are provided for convenience. Availability and functionality of third-party services are outside our direct control and their own terms may apply.

Limitation and changes

We may change, suspend or update website content and functionality. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CLOUDE is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or interruption of third-party services.
